Exchange & Return Policy
NO REFUNDS. All Jewelry is final sale. All of our jewelry items are handmade. Most are Native American handmade or artisan handmade in the USA. Due to the delicate nature of the stones, we cannot be held responsible for any breakage. Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Small imperfections add to the character and craftsmanship and is not evidence of defect.
Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, holiday, flash sale, and live-sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Gift cards and custom orders are also final sale and non-returnable.
Jewelry is not exchangeable. We are not responsible for any damages once it leaves our store.
No returns or Exchanges
Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we do not offer exchanges on any items. Only FULL-PRICED merchandise may be approved for a return for store credit, subject to a 30% restock fee. You will be responsible for making a separate purchase for the desired color, size, or any other variation if you were granted store credit.
Store Credits
If approved, your item will be inspected upon arrival and we will process your store credit. You will be notified once it is processed.
Approved return items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns must be shipped securely in a box to prevent damage. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging or showing signs of wear may not be accepted. Tracking information must be provided, and an exchange request must be submitted by phone or email.
Turquoise & Natural Stone Disclaimer
Turquoise is a natural stone from the Earth, so variations in shape, size, smoothness, color, and brightness are normal and make each piece unique. Chert Rock is a host rock that is attached to turquoise and could be present in any item. most Native american and handmade jewelry may have slight variations in stone, silver placement and or potential irregular shape. This does not mean any item is defective or damaged, it just means it was not reshaped from sourcing from the turquoise mine in the earth. We are happy to provide additional photos or videos of any available item upon request.
Calibrated stones are stones cut to the same size and shape for use in a particular jewelry piece. If you are looking for a perfectly calibrated set, please let us know before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery or pick up and contact us immediately if your item is damaged from delivery, or incorrect.
If your shipment is damaged in transit, you can file a claim with the mail entity. All packages are fully insured by us at no additional cost to you. If you love your piece, we can see what options are available to send it to the artist for repair when available. We must be notified immediately if there is a concern.
Cancellations
Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please shop responsibly and carefully review your item upon receipt. We are always happy to provide additional photos or videos to help you feel confident in your purchase.

We do not offer refunds. if it is concluded that we approved a return item, then item will be inspected and if store credit is granted, then we will subtract 30% restock fee (from your purchase price) and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit is valid for one year. Also, credit card or pay later fees are not refundable.
