No returns. Exchanges are only available for defective items. Please contact us within 3 days if there is an issue with your order.

Any exchanges must be sent back within 3 days. Customers may be responsible for shipping charges. 

You must email me at willowbendstore@gmail.com to obtain return Authorization. Any items returned without authorization and/or longer than 3 days are not allowed and your item(s) will be sent back to you at your cost.
