Payment Deadline
All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of the live sale to honor the live sale price. Failure to pay within this window will result in the item being repriced at its standard retail price.
All Sales Are Final
All live sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on live sale items.
Need More Time to Pay?
We understand that life happens! If you are unable to pay your invoice in full within 24 hours and need additional time, please contact us before your deadline. Items will be held at the standard (non-discounted) retail price until payment is received in full.
Non-Payment & No Communication
If you choose not to pay your invoice, fail to pay the remaining balance, or do not communicate with us regarding your order, the following applies:
- A 10% restocking fee (of full retail price) will be deducted from any amount already paid.
- The remaining balance of what you have paid will be issued as store credit.
- No cash or original payment method refunds will be issued.
